On 2nd February 2022 the Solicitors Regulation Authority filed a so-called part 8 claim against the Post Office for disclosure of case files relating to the 39 appellants whose convictions were quashed by the Court of Appeal in 2021.
The application was granted by Deputy Master Linwood in February 2022.
